The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Resolution "On Amendments to Clause 217 of the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (re Oath of the Members of the High Council of Justice)

Pursuant to the Resolution, "a person appointed to the post of the Ombudsman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a member of the Central Election Commission, shall take the oath within one month since the election or appointment to the said post.

A relevant Draft Resolution was registered under Reg. No.4376.
